What’s your return policy?
We trust you will be satisfied with your Wyatt’s Pharmacy DME purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory; Wyatt’s Pharmacy return policy is set forth below:
Wyatt’s pharmacy will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) when the following conditions have been met:
→The merchandise must be returned seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
→The merchandise must be in its original, UNUSED condition unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
→The original Wyatt’s Pharmacy receipt must be accompanied with the merchandise.
→All returns must be filed between Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM. Returns will not be accepted on the weekends or after the above stated hours..
Bathroom Safety Equipment, Breast Pumps, Compression Socks, Lift Chairs, and Orthopedic Braces, can NOT be returned. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the equipment before you leave the store. If there is a defect you must contact the manufacture and they will assist you.
Lift Chairs may be returned up to 4 days from original purchase but a restocking fee of 40% of original purchase price and pickup fee will apply.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

For prescription orders, we will bill your prescription insurance company for the cost of your medications, and charge your credit card your co-payment and any applicable shipping and handling charges. If you do not use prescription insurance, we will charge your credit card the cash price for the medication and any applicable shipping and handling charges.
Storage: If you choose to, we will store billing and shipping information as a convenience to you for future purchases, and we will store information about your prescription and nonprescription orders for order tracking and status retrieval purposes.
